Bet Cancellation Terms:

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded
• Hey Bagi reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Bets may be voided if match-fixing or irregular activity is suspected

Live Betting:

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are considered final. Hey Bagi is not liable for bets that fail to process due to network issues.

Hey Bagi runs exciting bonus and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit
• A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be used
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — funds only become withdrawable once wagering requirements have been completed

General Bonus Policy:

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hey Bagi platform. Violating these Terms and Conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or transacting with funds obtained illegally
• Assisting with match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems

Hey Bagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• If registration is completed using false information
• When suspicious financial activity is detected
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• When the user requests to close their own account

If you wish to close your account yourself:

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded within 30 days.
